LOVES PARK, IL. (Sunday, June 28, 2009) – The Midwest Enduro Series makes their way to Rockford today for the ‘Mac Tools 250’ enduro. The big cars, including some of Rockford’s own Mtn Dew RoadRunners, will try and finish 250 laps around the quarter-mile to bring home the win. There will also be a 125 lap small car enduro and a 15 lap powder puff race.
The gates open at 10:30am and the powder puff race kicks off the racing action at 12:30pm. Then the V6 125 lap small car enduro gets underway at 1pm and the main event, the ‘Mac Tools 250’, kicks off at 2pm sharp. At least two of Rockford’s own Mtn Dew RoadRunners have pre-entered the ‘Mac Tools 250’ and will compete for the victory.
Tickets cost just $12 while kids ages 6-11 get in for $6 and children ages 5 and under get in for FREE!
