Rockford, IL- (Spl.) - Rockford Speedway has set Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 25, 26 and 27, as the dates for the 33rd Annual Winston National Short Track Championships.

The feature event for the traditional post-season stock car 'happening" will be the NASCAR RE-MAX Challenge Series 300 on Sunday the 27th.

All of Rockford's NASCAR Winston Racing Series divisions will take part in the "one great racing weekend" along with many other classes yet to be announced.

Fans and competitors alike are urged to get their names on Rockford Speedway's mailing list for further information as it become available. This may be done by writing Rockford Speedway, P.O.
