Due to a system of storms that hit the stateline this evening and more inclement weather on its way, the Rockford Speedway has canceled its Wild Wednesday program for tonight.

Fans can use their ticket stubs from tonight's action for either of the next two Wild Wednesdays. Drivers and crew members can use tonight's pit passes for next Wednesday night's racing program.

Racing returns to the Rockford Speedway this Saturday night with a full slate of action including the Stanley Steemer NASCAR Late Models, Budweiser American Short Trackers, Bargain Hunter Sportsman, and Mtn Dew RoadRunners plus the Sam's Drive-In RoadRunner Challenge featuring the Double-OH Race. Saturday night is Round II of the Gilley's Cool 5 Series featuring a special purse and points package that will conclude at October's 46th annual National Short Track Championships.
