LOVES PARK, Ill. (Wednesday, August 10th, 2011) -- Anthony Lloyd had waited a long time for this; so had Terrance Robinson. On the final Wild Wednesday of the year at the legendary Rockford Speedway, Robinson rolled to a comfortable victory, his first in three years, while Lloyd landed the statuesque trophy awarded to the Mtn Dew RoadRunners Super Summer Series titlist with a sixth place finish.
Wild Wednesday Championship Night saw Kyle Voss grab the Allison Legacy crown while 13-year-old Cory Cootware snagged the Legends hardware. In the Bandits, Jason Dull registered a dominant championship effort as Steve McBride rounded out a solid night for his family with the checkers. Earlier in the evening, McBride's wife, Mary, took down the Winged Women on Wheels title while Olivia Chance prevailed in the main event.
